Support Sequoia Campaign A Huge Success!
Support Sequoia Campaign Has Surpassed 2008 Earnings! by Annelisa Hedgecock, Campaign Leader
The Support Sequoia campaign is now over! $19,182 was donated this year, which is absolutely phenomenal. 268 students turned in forms, doubling the number received last year!
Ms. Young's, Ms. Murphy’s and Ms. Lisa's classes had 100% of forms turned in, and have earned extra recess. Even in this difficult economy, our families have joined together and made contributions that will help Sequoia's students and teachers thrive. THANK YOU!!

Dads’ Club Garden Work Day
Dads’ Club Garden Work Day - This Saturday, October 10th 9am-Noon Have you noticed Sequoia’s beautiful gardens? Thanks to last year's school-wide effort, Scenic Avenue and the school yard are now alive with native plants and gardens. Join in with the Dads’ Club this Saturday, October 10th from 9am to Noon as we tend to the gardens. Bring the whole family. We will be helping install a fountain in Ms. Sue's garden, adding pavers to the upper grade pathway, and of course, pulling weeds. Bring your able bodies, work gloves, and any gardening tools you can share. Contact Dana Deming at 290-4875 / nancydanaellie@hotmail.com with any questions.
